Jonathan Hildebrandt

Jonathan Hildebrandt has spent 20+ years solving enterprise-scale problems — at GE Power, GE Vernova, and now BrandSafway, where he serves as Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture.

At GE, he held senior roles across supply chain automation, EHS, quality systems, and enterprise data platforms. He led commercial architecture teams through a $13.5B acquisition and spent over a decade helping large organizations navigate digital transformation at the infrastructure level.

Jonathan holds dual SAFe certifications (DevOps Practitioner and Architect) and a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

At Pondero, he translates that enterprise depth into something practical: helping businesses cut through AI tool noise and find what actually works. He leads technical vision and architecture strategy, with deep expertise in cloud computing, workflow automation, and enterprise data systems.
